Regular work stays planned
Agreed updates and routine tasks can be handled without starting a new project each time.
Website care
Keep one eligible website up to date. Pick a monthly edit allowance, send requests by email, and get the routine checks listed in your plan.
What you get
Website care keeps regular work organized and makes it clear where to send a request.
Agreed updates and routine tasks can be handled without starting a new project each time.
You know where to send content changes and website questions when they come up.
Included work, the request route, and separately quoted changes are explained before service starts.
How it works
We check the platform, hosting, current condition, and the access available.
We write down the work covered, how to send requests, and what sits outside the service.
Once care starts, you send agreed website tasks through the support route we provide.
Can be included
Each plan covers one eligible WordPress or static HTML, CSS, and JavaScript website after its software, condition, access, and existing backup process pass review.
Quoted separately
If a request is outside the care scope, we explain the extra work before it begins.

Sometimes. Currently supported WordPress and static HTML, CSS, and JavaScript sites can qualify when safe access and an existing backup process are available. Other platforms, end-of-life software, infected sites, and materially broken sites need separate review or may be declined.
No. Customer support is staffed by email 24/7, and we aim to send an initial reply within 4 hours. The listed plans do not include continuous system monitoring, guaranteed emergency or after-hours work, or a resolution-time commitment. A written order must expressly add any service level.
Larger design, development, or content projects are reviewed and quoted separately so the cost and schedule are clear.
