Service rules
Acceptable Use Policy
These rules help protect websites, systems, clients, and other internet users from harmful or disruptive activity.
NivoraHost is a brand of Thunder Hoodie LLC. This service-safety draft is not legal advice; it requires qualified review and must be aligned with the actual hosting infrastructure and client contracts before launch.
1. Who this policy applies to
This policy applies to clients, authorized users, and content using a NivoraHost hosting, migration, care, or related website service. It forms part of the Terms of Service and any accepted written quote or order.
You are responsible for activity performed through accounts, websites, applications, credentials, or systems under your control, including activity by people you authorize. If you become aware of misuse, you should take reasonable steps to stop it and notify NivoraHost.
2. Unlawful, harmful, or abusive use
You must not use a service to create, store, publish, transmit, promote, or facilitate material or activity that:
- breaks applicable law or encourages unlawful conduct;
- exploits, threatens, harasses, or deliberately harms another person;
- fraudulently impersonates someone or misrepresents the source of a message or website;
- infringes intellectual property, privacy, confidentiality, or other valid rights; or
- supports fraud, phishing, credential theft, or other deceptive schemes.
NivoraHost is not making a general judgement about lawful opinions or content. Any review should focus on credible reports, system safety, the agreed service, and applicable obligations.
3. Security violations
You must not attempt to gain unauthorized access to an account, system, network, data, or service. Prohibited activity includes password attacks, vulnerability exploitation without permission, interception, security-control bypass, unauthorized scanning, and using compromised credentials.
Do not intentionally interfere with service availability or help another person do so. Good-faith security concerns should be reported privately to info@nivorahost.com with enough detail to investigate safely.
4. Spam and deceptive messages
You must not use a service to send unsolicited bulk messages, run deceptive email campaigns, distribute misleading promotions, falsify message headers, harvest addresses, or operate an open relay. Messages must comply with applicable marketing, consent, identification, and unsubscribe requirements.
High complaint rates, repeated delivery failures, or a credible pattern of unwanted messages may be treated as evidence of misuse while the activity is reviewed.
5. Malware and harmful technical content
You must not knowingly host or distribute malicious code, ransomware, spyware, botnet software, destructive scripts, or files intended to compromise devices or accounts. A hacked website must not be knowingly left in a state that continues to harm visitors or other systems.
Legitimate security research, testing, or software distribution must be expressly authorized, stay within its approved scope, and avoid harm to systems or people who have not agreed to participate.
6. Resource and network misuse
Do not use shared resources in a way that materially degrades service for others, creates an unreasonable security risk, or avoids the limits of the agreed package. Examples include uncontrolled automated requests, denial-of-service activity, abusive crawling, hidden proxy services, or attempts to evade storage, traffic, or account restrictions.
Specific technical limits, permitted workloads, and options for additional capacity should be stated in the accepted quote or order. NivoraHost should contact you about ordinary capacity issues where practical before taking restrictive action.
7. Client security responsibilities
You should use strong credentials, apply available security updates, keep contact details current, and limit administrator access. Tell NivoraHost promptly about suspected compromise, unexpected traffic, harmful content, or leaked credentials.
Where NivoraHost manages updates or security tasks, the exact responsibility must be stated in the accepted service scope. A hosting or care service does not transfer every security responsibility unless the written order says so.
8. Reports, investigation, and enforcement
Suspected misuse can be reported to info@nivorahost.com. Include the affected web address, relevant dates, a clear description, and supporting information you are permitted to share.
NivoraHost may review credible reports and ask the client to correct a problem. Depending on severity and urgency, proportionate action may include removing or restricting affected material, rate-limiting activity, suspending access, preserving relevant records, notifying an appropriate provider or authority when required, or ending the affected service under the accepted order.
Urgent protective action may be taken without advance notice where delay could reasonably increase serious harm, compromise systems, or breach an applicable obligation. When appropriate and lawful, NivoraHost should explain the issue and steps needed to restore service.
9. Changes and contact
This policy may be updated when services, security risks, infrastructure, or legal requirements change. The version date at the top will be revised, and material changes affecting an ongoing service should be communicated reasonably.
Questions about acceptable use can be sent to info@nivorahost.com.
