Privacy Policy
This policy explains what information NivoraHost may receive, why it is used, and the choices you may have.
NivoraHost is a brand of Thunder Hoodie LLC. This policy describes the current public website, server-side quote form, email delivery, and general service workflow. The business has approved the enquiry-retention period and named responsible people, but qualified legal review is still required for location-specific notices, lawful grounds, provider terms, transfer locations, and client-record requirements.
1. What the current website does
The current NivoraHost website does not provide customer accounts, run analytics or advertising tracking, collect payment details, or accept online payments. When you submit the quote form, your browser sends the details you entered to NivoraHost's server using an HTTPS POST request.
The handler validates the request and sends it through the configured SMTP service from a fixed NivoraHost sender to a configured NivoraHost mailbox. The validated email address you provide is placed in the Reply-To field so NivoraHost can respond. The handler does not create a website customer database or save the form message as a separate website record. The message may still be processed or retained by the hosting and email systems described below. Direct email links remain available as an alternative. See the Cookie Policy for the current browser-storage position.
2. Information NivoraHost may receive
Depending on how you contact NivoraHost and which services you request, the following information may be received:
- Contact details: your name, business name, email address, and the contents of a direct email or other message. NivoraHost does not publish a phone line or request a phone number in the quote form.
- Quote form details: your name, email address, optional business name and current website, selected project location, project items or services, package choices, an optional custom request, estimated website count, pages per site, storage per site, content readiness, approximate budget, preferred timing, project description, privacy-notice acknowledgement, submission time, and a request identifier.
- Project information: website addresses, goals, content, preferences, budgets, files, feedback, and other details you later choose to provide.
- Service access: hosting, domain, website, or related credentials that you provide when they are needed for agreed work.
- Order records: accepted quotes, service scope, invoices, payment status, support history, and other records needed to manage a client relationship. Payment card details are not collected by this website.
- Form security data: the quote handler uses the request IP address to derive a keyed HMAC identifier and associates short-lived submission timestamps with it for rate limiting. This pseudonymous record is kept separately from the form message and does not contain the submitted project details.
- Basic technical logs: the web host or server may separately record an IP address, browser or device information, requested page, date and time, referring page, response status, and security events in ordinary access or error logs.
Do not submit passwords, access keys, hosting or domain credentials, payment-card details, government identifiers, health information, or other sensitive personal information through the quote form. If access or confidential material is later needed for agreed work, use a suitable sharing method confirmed with NivoraHost.
3. How information may be used
NivoraHost may use relevant information to:
- validate, deliver, review, and reply to a requested quote or question;
- plan, provide, support, secure, and improve agreed services;
- communicate about work, approvals, billing, renewals, or service changes;
- diagnose form or website errors, limit automated submissions, prevent abuse, and protect systems;
- keep reasonable business, support, and compliance records; and
- respond to disputes, legal requests, or obligations that apply.
The approved policy should state whether enquiry details are used for marketing and identify the applicable reason or permission.
5. How long information is kept
The quote handler does not create a website database or save the form body as a separate website file. NivoraHost plans to keep quote and contact enquiries in the monitored mailbox for up to one year, then delete them unless the enquiry became an active client or another documented legal or business requirement applies. Celius Newton is responsible for the enquiry-deletion schedule and privacy requests. Provider queues, backups, archives, and deletion behavior still need production verification.
The rate limiter is designed to keep only submission timestamps within a short configured window under an HMAC-derived identifier. Its production window, cleanup behavior, and any backup copies must be verified before an exact retention period is stated. The web host or server may keep ordinary access, error, and security logs under a separate schedule that also needs confirmation. Access credentials supplied later for agreed work should be removed or returned when no longer needed.
6. Security
The current quote flow requires HTTPS for public submissions, checks the source and size of a request, validates submitted fields on the server, limits repeated submissions with HMAC-derived records, uses a fixed sender and recipient, and places the validated visitor email only in Reply-To. The form body is not intentionally written to the application's error log. Production SMTP transport, mailbox access, hosting protections, and provider settings must still be confirmed before launch.
HTTPS protects the form while it travels from your browser to the website, but ordinary email is not guaranteed to be end-to-end encrypted. No email, website, or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. Do not use the quote form for passwords, payment details, or sensitive information, and contact NivoraHost promptly if you believe information or an account has been exposed.
7. Your choices and privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to ask what personal information is held, request a copy, correct inaccurate information, ask for deletion or restriction, object to certain uses, or withdraw consent where consent is the basis for use.
Send a request to info@nivorahost.com. Celius Newton is responsible for coordinating privacy requests. Include enough detail to identify the relevant enquiry or service. NivoraHost may need to confirm your identity and may keep information where applicable law or a valid business need requires it. The final policy must add any required regulator or complaint information after qualified legal review.
8. Children's privacy
NivoraHost services are intended for businesses and people able to enter service agreements, not for children. The website is not designed to knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has sent personal information, contact NivoraHost so the situation can be reviewed.
9. Third-party links and services
The quote form sends information through NivoraHost's server and configured email provider. A direct email link may instead open an email application on your device, and the website may link to other external services. NivoraHost does not control how an independent service collects or uses information outside the agreed provider relationship. Review its privacy notice before providing information to it.
10. Changes and contact
This policy may change when the website, services, suppliers, or legal obligations change. The date at the top will be updated, and an appropriate notice should be given if a change materially affects ongoing clients.
Questions or privacy requests can be sent to info@nivorahost.com.
