Cookie Policy
The current site code is simple by design and does not intentionally set analytics or advertising cookies.
NivoraHost is a brand of Thunder Hoodie LLC. No analytics, advertising, or visitor-profiling cookies are intentionally set by the current public website. The server-side quote form uses short-lived HMAC-derived rate-limit records on the server, not in the visitor's browser. Google Analytics and Meta Pixel were requested for later consideration but are not active or approved; this policy and any consent requirement must be reviewed before either is added.
2. What the current website uses
The public pages use HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for interface features such as the navigation menu, FAQ controls, and displayed year. Those features do not store a tracking identifier in your browser.
When you submit the quote form, your browser sends an HTTPS POST request to NivoraHost's server-side handler. The handler does not intentionally set a cookie, use local or session storage, or create a website customer database. It validates the request and sends the details through the configured SMTP service to a configured NivoraHost mailbox. The site currently has no customer login, online payment, embedded analytics, or advertising tracker.
3. Server logs are separate from cookies
The web server or hosting environment may create ordinary access, error, or security logs when a page or form handler is requested. A log can include an IP address, browser or device details, requested page, date and time, referring page, response status, and security events.
Separately, the quote handler derives a keyed HMAC identifier from the request IP address and associates short-lived submission timestamps with it for rate limiting. It does not put that identifier or those timestamps in your browser, and the record does not contain the form message. These server-side records are not cookies. Their production retention and the host's log settings must be confirmed as explained in the Privacy Policy.
4. Essential cookies if features are added later
If NivoraHost later adds a feature such as secure account access, a saved preference, fraud prevention, load balancing, or an online form with security controls, a strictly necessary cookie or short-lived session value may be required for that feature.
Before adding it, NivoraHost should document its name, provider, purpose, type, and duration, and update this page. A necessary cookie should not be used for an unrelated advertising purpose.
5. Form delivery, email applications, and third-party links
The quote form sends an HTTPS request to the website's hosting environment and then sends the message through the configured SMTP or email provider. This server-side processing does not itself require a browser cookie. The actual providers and their production behavior must be confirmed before launch.
Choosing a direct email link may open software or a webmail service on your device. Following an external link takes you to a website controlled by someone else. Those services may use their own cookies or similar technologies under their own policies. Review the relevant provider's notice and controls before using it.
6. Browser controls
Most browsers let you view, block, or delete cookies and site data. Blocking all cookies can stop some websites from working correctly, although it should not be necessary to browse the current public NivoraHost pages.
Because the current site does not intentionally set non-essential cookies, it does not currently show a preference panel for analytics or advertising cookies. Whether any banner or notice is legally required must be confirmed through local legal and technical review.
7. Future tools, notice, and consent
Before adding analytics, advertising, embedded media, chat, or another tool that uses non-essential cookies, NivoraHost should:
- review what the tool collects and which provider receives it;
- update this policy and the Privacy Policy;
- provide a clear cookie list and retention information; and
- add consent and withdrawal controls where required before those cookies run.
The version date at the top of this page will be revised when the policy changes. This draft needs qualified local legal review before launch and after any material technology change.
