Important draft notice

NivoraHost is a brand of Thunder Hoodie LLC. The rules below are a business-approved draft, but they cannot replace consumer, contract, or payment rights that apply in a particular location. The owner has asked for help drafting the cancellation and refund approach; qualified legal review and final approval are still required before production launch.

1. The accepted quote comes first

The accepted written quote or order identifies the service, price, payment dates, billing period, and any service-specific exception. These published rules apply unless that order replaces a rule, subject to rights that applicable law does not allow either party to exclude.

A fixed-fee project uses one-time project billing: a 50% deposit books the work and the remaining 50% is due when the agreed work is delivered for approval, before launch, migration cutover, or final file handoff. The written order confirms whether payment is made by a Stripe invoice or payment link, PayPal, or other agreed invoice instructions. Monthly services follow the separate recurring-billing rule.

2. Project services

A project deposit is applied to the project and is not automatically forfeited. If a project is cancelled, NivoraHost deducts completed work at the agreed package or milestone value and approved non-recoverable commitments, then returns any remaining prepaid balance. Delivered or approved work is not normally refundable. If NivoraHost cannot deliver an agreed item, the remedy may be correction, replacement work, a revised scope, credit, or refund of the undelivered part.

The written order identifies what marks each milestone as started, delivered, or approved. A scope change follows the written change process rather than being treated as a refund request.

3. Recurring services

Hosting, website care, and monthly SEO are month-to-month services billed in advance. The next month renews when its renewal invoice is paid; this website does not promise automatic card charging. The same public list price applies at renewal, and NivoraHost will give at least 30 days' written notice before a future list-price change.

Email a cancellation before the next monthly due date to stop the next renewal. The paid current month continues through its service period when technically and legally possible. Used time and the current monthly period are not prorated or refunded unless the written order or applicable law requires it.

4. Domains, licences, and third-party costs

Domain registrations, renewals, premium assets, software licences, certificates, and other third-party purchases may become non-refundable once ordered or activated because the outside provider may not return the fee.

Where a third-party cost cannot be recovered, it will not be refunded unless the accepted order or applicable law says otherwise. NivoraHost identifies expected third-party costs and gets written approval before purchase unless the accepted order already authorizes them.

5. Completed work and client delays

Completed design, development, setup, migration, troubleshooting, content changes, support time, and other delivered work are not normally refundable. If a result does not match the accepted scope, tell NivoraHost promptly and describe the specific issue so it can be reviewed.

Delays caused by missing content, access, feedback, or approval do not by themselves make completed or committed work refundable. Any pause, rescheduling, or closure rule should come from the accepted quote or a later written agreement.

6. How to request a refund review

Email info@nivorahost.com and include:

  • your name and the email used for the service;
  • the relevant quote, order, invoice, or website;
  • the service and payment you want reviewed;
  • why you are requesting cancellation, a credit, or a refund; and
  • any supporting information that helps explain the issue.

No artificial claim deadline is set by this website. However, raising a problem promptly makes it easier to investigate and may be required by an accepted order or applicable law.

7. How a request is handled

NivoraHost will compare the request with the accepted scope, work records, third-party costs, service used, written communications, and any applicable rights. The response should explain whether a correction, credit, partial refund, full refund, or no refund is appropriate.

Please email NivoraHost first if an invoice or payment appears wrong. A payment dispute or chargeback does not by itself cancel an order or erase an amount properly due. NivoraHost may provide the accepted order, invoice, delivery record, and communications to the payment provider, subject to applicable law.

If a refund is approved, the response will confirm the amount, method, and expected processing information. Actual arrival timing may depend on the financial institutions or payment service involved. Nothing in this policy removes a right or remedy that cannot lawfully be removed.

8. Changes and contact

This policy may be updated when services, billing practices, or legal requirements change. The version date at the top will be revised. The version connected to an accepted order should be considered together with that order's written terms.
